The small room overlooked inner courtyard. The personnel were very amiable and amicable and made me feel welcome. Location: the hotel was close enough to all the attractions of Burgos, the city center close to all the monuments, and the centre.

As women traveling alone, we felt safe and comfortable at this hostel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the young man who checked us in. They even kept us updated on our luggage after we left. The location was convenient, near downtown and within walking distance of the bus station. The room itself was nice and comfortable, and we received clear instructions from the young lady before entering.
Felt at home instantly, no complaints at all.

The room was unbelievably comfy and stylish for an amazing price. The downtown location was legit, making sightseeing a breeze. The receptionists were friendly and went above and beyond, especially the dude who sorted my check-in. They even kept me updated on my luggage after I left. The instructions from the gal before entering the room were clutch. Ideally situated near the old town and a short walk from the bus station. The area was peaceful and the room was on point. The staff were super cool and arranged a taxi to the train station when I split. They were also cool with holding bags, but just a heads up, the reception next door opens at 11:30am if you arrive early. Luckily, they texted me the access codes, so I could get into the hostel part and connect with a cleaner who watched my gear till reception opened. Location-wise, this place was clutch, with convenient parking and close to all the Burgos attractions. The bed was on point, and the bathroom was hella clean. The receptionist and owner were sensational, offering top-notch tips to level up your time in the city. I would seriously recommend this spot to everyone. Saludos De Francisco y Malecka! The location was prime, but parking can be a bit of a struggle. Value for money was mind-blowing, although the room could be small. clean and comfy, but the shower setup was a downgrade from my last stay.

I just loved how the rug in my room seemed to have not been cleaned in ages. So charming.

The hotel is conveniently located near the conference center. The concierge service was helpful, but I didn't need it because I know the city like the back of my hand. The tour desk seemed fine, but who needs tours when you're fabulous like me?
Oh, I just loved everything about it. There was absolutely nothing to complain about.
